Thank you. We bake here every day using mountain spring water.
湧き水ですか、贅沢ですね。今日はどんなパンがありますか？
Spring water? That is luxurious. What kind of bread do you have today?
基本のプレーンと、栗のパン、それとオリーブのパンですね。
Our basic plain, chestnut bread, and then olive bread.
オリーブですか。美味しそうですね、一ついただけますか？

あ、すみません、オリーブは売り切れ…あ、棚の奥に一つだけ残っていました！

あはは、違うんですよ。三船さんは引退して、娘さんたちも継がなかったんです。
Haha, no, that's not it. Mr. Mifune retired, and his daughters didn't take it over either.
そうですか。ここの手打ちうどん、名店でしたからね。

ええ。それで僕がここを買い取って、今はサワードゥのパンを焼いています。

兵器に関わる仕事が嫌になって、燃え尽きちゃったんです。
I got sick of work related to weapons, and I completely burned out.

ええ。環境保護活動をしている彼女と一緒に、移住してきました。
